For some unknown reason I forgot to close the hatch properly on the waterproof casing. This was obvious when I see water inside the housing and the camera is in recording mode. I have no tools to open the camera here and I will contact GoPro and see if i can get a good deal at repairing/replacing the camera. If not I will open it up and see if I can see any damages due to pool water, clean all electronics with alcohol and see if it works. If not I will order a Sunex lens, modify the housing on this one and keep it as spare parts and alternative lens.
I contacted GoPro and they gave me a good deal on a new camera. I will send this one back to them and get a new one shipped to my location. Great service I must say.
