Here I list my parts used for a more stable Hexacopter. Part list might change…
Part List:
Wiimote plus (WM+) (genuine)
Nunchuck (NK) (genuine)
optional sensor and connectors:
BMP085 altimeter
ADXL345(instead of NK)
LLC (logic level converter)- needed to connect some sensors or add even more.
6 Motors:
hacker Style Brushless Outrunner 20-22L
6 Propellers:
ET-ROTORS 2X LEFT, 2X RIGHT (208000)
6 ESC’s:
TURNIGY Plush 18amp Speed Controller
Spektrum AR6100 RX or Spektrum AR7000 RX
The frame is built from the same 10*10mm aluminium profiles as my Tricopter and T-copter
Very torsionally rigid – easy to replace and relatively cheap in local stores.
I use 3S LIPO’s to power my fleet – 2200mAh and 5000mAh but I mostly use the 2200′s but I might have to go up in capacity of mAh and C-rating
A new Hexaframe will be designed to fit the gear including a camera mount for GoPRO HD
